Gaba Travels is a taxi and travel service provider operating across India. We offer outstation cab bookings, local taxi services, airport transfers, hill station trips, and customised tour packages across major Indian cities and destinations.

2. Bookings & Confirmations

All bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability
A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation via SMS, WhatsApp, or email from Gaba Travels
Fares quoted at the time of booking are subject to change in case of fuel price revisions or government levies
Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or WhatsApp

3. Fare & Payments

All fares are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR)
Fares may include base fare, per km charges, driver allowance, and applicable taxes
Toll charges, state taxes, and parking fees are payable separately by the passenger unless stated otherwise
Payment can be made via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or other accepted online payment methods

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be communicated to Gaba Travels via phone or WhatsApp
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup are eligible for a full refund
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may attract a cancellation charge
No-shows or cancellations after driver dispatch will not be eligible for a refund

5. Changes to Bookings

6. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are expected to:

Carry valid government-issued photo ID during travel (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, Driving Licence)
Treat the driver and vehicle with respect
Not carry any illegal, hazardous, or prohibited items in the vehicle
Ensure the number of passengers does not exceed the vehicle’s permitted capacity

7. Driver & Vehicle

Gaba Travels will assign a suitable vehicle and driver for your booking
We reserve the right to substitute the vehicle with one of equal or higher category if required
All our drivers hold valid commercial driving licences and are verified
In case of vehicle breakdown, we will arrange an alternate vehicle at the earliest

8. Waiting Charges

A grace waiting period of 15 minutes is provided at the pickup point. Waiting charges beyond this period will apply as per our standard rates and will be communicated at the time of booking.

9. Liability

Gaba Travels shall not be held liable for:

Delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, or other factors beyond our control
Loss or damage to passenger belongings during the trip
Any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services
Missed flights, trains, or events due to unforeseen delays

10. Behaviour & Right to Refuse Service

Gaba Travels reserves the right to refuse or terminate service without refund if a passenger is found to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaving in an abusive or threatening manner, or violating any of these terms.
